It goes without saying that employees should be treated fairly. But sometimes employers need a more blunt lesson in the importance of worker appreciation.

Plenty of us have thought about it, but most of us wouldn’t have the guts to actually go through with it. Three employees of retail store Journeys in Rochester, New York have dramatically quit, leaving a very public sign to their boss as a letter of resignation.

The above photo, which was posted on Reddit Saturday, is a definite wake-up call to all the ungrateful bosses out there. No doubt Jamie will think again before treating his/her staff members badly.
