See You in the Morning
Jake and Dave lived and loved for over fifty years. During that time, they campaigned for gay rights. They married each other three times until, finally, in 2013, the United States Supreme Court declared DOMA to be unconstitutional and thus legalized their union.
They made a family and raised four beautiful children together.
When he loses Dave to a massive stroke, Jake feels his world has ended. Join him as he relives a life well-lived through memories triggered by photos of his and Dave's years together.

By Susan M. ReavesI am a staunch supporter of marriage equality for same sex couples and subscribe to several facebook pages that often post stories of couples who have been together for many years in spite of society's condemnation of their unions. The stories/couples that move me the most are the folks who have been together longer than many straight marriages. They have stayed together even though for part of that time they were considered outlaws, outsiders or were invisible to the world because the world couldn't/wouldn't see them. This book truly captures what a long and loving partnership between two men would have been like during the years depicted in the story. It was a terrific read and very moving.
A. T. Weaver is an older author who gives it all she's got to bring the reader a story with meat on its bones. So many of the m/m romance genre stories sold on Amazon are told in 150 or fewer pages. The stories are over before you can blink a few times. Here we have a nice long read that you can sink down into the sofa or easy chair with and really enter the lives of the characters.
I have read all of Ms. Weaver's offerings on Amazon. While I liked each of them for different reasons, I have to say that this is my favorite so far. Kudos also the cover artist who truly captured the essence of the book.
