A Facebook post is getting a lot of attention after a same-sex couple was denied service at a bridal store in Bloomsburg. According to a report from WBRE a couple was turned away by "W-W Bridal Boutique" located on Market Street. The woman's Facebook status stated, an employee at the boutique told her quote "Unfortunately she would not be able to schedule an appointment for them because they currently do not service same sex couples -- it's just not something they do."
The owners of "W-W Bridal Boutique" told WBRE they turned away the women citing religious beliefs. They declined to comment on camera. A Civil Rights lawyer said in Pennsylvania any private business owner has the right to turn away a customer.
