Watch: YouTube star Joey Graceffa comes out as gay in magical new music video

YouTube star Joey Graceffa has come out as gay to his nearly 5 million subscribers in a magical new music video.

Graceffa celebrated his 24th birthday with the release of Don't Wait, which features goblins, a witch and a prince charming – with whom Graceffa shares an epic happily-ever-after kiss.

'I really just hope that it will be able to help some of you guys out there going through similar struggles I went through and do some good in the world,' he said in a postscript to the video.

Graceffa has received a wave of support from fans and fellow YouTube sensations, including Tyler Oakley, Alfie Deyes and Connor Franta.

'After 8 years of this topic being the most discussed thing on my YouTube channel. To FINALLY be open felt incredible,' Graceffa tweeted.

Don't Wait is currently number 72 on the US iTunes chart.

Who Sang It Better? “Do They Know It’s Christmas” Gets A Star-Studded Remake

Thirty years ago, Band Aid, a charity-minded supergroup comprised of the creme de la creme of British pop (Boy George, Sting, Bono, George Michael, Simon Le Bon, to name just a few) met in a London studio to collaborate on a single to raise funds for the decimating famine in Ethiopia. “Do They Know It’s Christmas?”, which was the brainchild of musicians Bob Geldof and Midge Ure, became the best-selling British single of all time, a record it held for 13 years, and raised over a million dollars for famine relief. The venerable single was re-recorded in 1989 and 2004, again as a fund-raiser for famine. Cut to 2014 and much of the world is petrified of the Ebola virus so the now Sir Bob Geldof and Midge Ure called up the latest batch of hot new British chart-toppers (members of One Direction, Chris Martin, Rita Ora…Adele was a surprising no-show) and the ever-present Bono to record an update on the classic anthem and combat the deadly virus in Africa. While it’s unfair to compare the two since everyone involved donated their time for a good cause, we can’t help but feel this new breed of singers is lacking in both energy and charisma compared to the magic achieved the first time out.

Blake McIver, 'Little Rascals' Star, Releases 'It Gets Better' Music Video

Late last year we brought you the news that your favorite child star from "The Little Rascals" and "Full House" had become a full-fledged hottie who worked as a go-go boy in Los Angeles.

Having also branched out into music, Blake McIver is back with an anti-bullying video titled "It Gets Better," similar in tone to the famous campaign of the same name.

"I wrote this song two years ago," McIver notes in the video description. "I had hoped that by now it would be terribly out of date and irrelevant. Sadly it is not."

He added, "I want to dedicate this video to those who are living with hopelessness. We've already lost too many to the darkness, to the hate, and to the closed-mindedness. Although it doesn't always seem it, love is more powerful than hate. Remember, you are a miracle in spite of what they say."

The idea of the campaign is to raise awareness about bullying, speaking directly to those "cool" kids who watch the channel. In order to reach them, we knew we had to do something really original that corresponded to the personality and idiosyncrasy of the brand and, more importantly, spoke a language that young people could relate to.

'Full House' Actor is Now a Go-Go Boy with a Sexy Gay Music Video

Blake McIver who played Derek, Michelle's friend on Full House, is now all grown up and putting out romantic gay music videos.

He's also a go-go dancer. Said McIver to Inside Edition: "It's hard when you've been blessed to have success at a young age, and then you wake up at 18 and no one cares anymore...There's no shame to getting paid to dance around in your underwear."

Todrick Hall started his career as a finalist on American Idol, but the filmmaker has since become something of a YouTube sensation among a certain type of pop culture enthusiast. He’s riffed on Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Mean Girls and The Hunger Games, and just in time for Halloween, Hall has debuted his latest subject: Disney villains and singing murderers.

Hall has enlisted the likes of fellow Idol vet Adam Lambert, Glee’s Amber Riley, So You Think You Can Dance alum Blake McGrath, and more for “Spell Block Tango,” a delightful revision of “Cell Block Tango” (from the Broadway musical Chicago) as performed by some of Disney’s greatest jilted ladies — and Scar, duh. How else could these villains channel their frustration with the animated heroes who had it coming?

The whole thing is an epic watch, and an absolute must-see if you’re a fan of Disney, Chicago, or just well-choreographed production numbers in general. Behold!

Controversial Music Video Depicts Bullying/Cruxifiction

A new music video by gay Quebecois director Xavier Dolan for the popular French rock band Indochine features the crucifixion and graphic shooting of a bullied student at a Catholic school. In the clip, a bullied teenage boy is taunted in the hallways of the school before being pursued, thrown down stairs, kicked and pissed on, then nailed to a cross and shot several times by his classmates while others shoot the scene on their mobile phones.

It is being censored in Canada and France.

The video has been banned during daytime viewing hours in France, The Local reports:

Dolan reacted angrily to the prospect of the video being banned during daytime hours on music channels in France.

“That really bothers me. On these kind of channels you see situations that are racist, violent and degrading – particularly to women. “So it seems absurd to me that this video should be censored," he added.

While French regulators may be shocked by the video, Dolan and Indochine have received significant support from French users of social networks.

Radio and TV host Emilie Mazoyer summed up the view of many Twitter users, saying: "Some people find Indochine's music video 'violent.' Yes, it does turn your stomach for six minutes. But bullied students go through that 300 days a year. Imagine that."

Canada's MusiquePlus will not play the clip.
