Doug Gotterba, who sued for the right to write about his long relationship with John Travolta, is teasing his story in National Enquirer (August 18, 2014).
He tells NE that they met in February of 1981 when Gotterba was interviewed to be Travolta's pilot, then offered a massage (gee, that sounds familiar) that turned into more.
According to Gotterba, Travolta was into threesomes and porn and wanted to make a sex tape, which Gotterba refused. (As hot as I was for Travolta in the '80s, I wouldn't have wanted to be seen naked next to that stud at his peak either!)
Remember the iconic photo of Travolta dancing with Princess Diana? Yeah, Gotterba had sex with him that night, too.
Gotterba eventually left John when the sexual demands became incessant (a good problem to have, sounds very Divorce Court). When the two ran into each other in 1991, Gotterba recalls asking Travolta point-blank if he still liked men or if his marriage to Kelly Preston had sealed the deal for heterosexuality. Travolta allegedly replied:
“Well, Doug, I still prefer men!”
