Bristol Palin To Congress: Impeach President Obama Because My Mommy Said So
In another scribble on Patheos, Bristol Palin bragged about impeachment talk supposedly being mainstream because right-wing site Breitbart said so. She also said that President Obama should be impeached because her quitter mom said so.
The poster child for why abstinence-only education doesn’t work added her own voice to the small number of conservatives who are calling for the impeachment of President Obama. Of course, the little Palin couldn’t resist reminding everyone who began the crazy screeching of impeachment.
“So many people are saying Obama should be impeached that Breitbart says impeachment has gone mainstream,” Bristol Palin wrote. “Can I just say, Mom was saying this months ago!”
As proof, she included a quote from her mother Sarah:
“If that’s not impeachable, nothing is. And if he’s not impeachable, no one is…. We had a revolution back in 1776 because we don’t do kings!”
Of course, President Obama is not a king. Never was and never will be. He was legally elected by the American people twice by large margins and is constitutionally bound to leave office after his second term ends in January 2017 when a new president is inaugurated.
Despite the fact that Obama only has two years left in the White House, Bristol and her mom are both calling for Congress to impeach him. Why does Bristol think impeachment is necessary?

Nobody Owes Sarah or Bristol Palin Any Kind of Apology
By now it’s no secret that the Palin family was involved in some kind of drunk party brawl a few weeks ago, which is something that I only found interesting because of the sheer hypocrisy of it all. A family, most notably Sarah Palin herself, who’s often seen telling millions of Americans the importance of “Christian family values” – involved in a drunken brawl at some Saturday night house party in Alaska.
Well, recently Bristol Palin’s comments to the police following these events were released and she tells a tale of male on female violence and assault that indeed does sound alarming. And following the release of these comments, CNN’s Carol Costello cynically mocked Bristol and what she had to say. Which many found offensive, especially her mother, considering the details of what Bristol claimed were accounts of fairly severe male on female violence, including her stating that she had been dragged on the ground by her feet by a male at the party.
Of course, nobody should ever mock any kind of domestic violence. Though it’s clear from the official police reports that it was Bristol who was one of the most aggressive and violent of the bunch.
But since Costello made these comments, she issued a statement to Politico apologizing for the candor in which she went about reporting on this story. Which I think is more than enough.
Though apparently that hasn’t been enough. Some are calling for a full on-air apology, with even others within the media that I’ve seen floating around the internet suggesting that she be fired.
It’s all ridiculous.
She shouldn’t apologize to anyone. Was what she said a bit tacky? I could see how some could see it that way. But Bristol Palin’s comments in that audio don’t at all go along with official police reports and the vast majority of witness testimony from what happened that night. Which by official police accounts from witness testimony, paints her as someone who was out of control, aggressively and violently attacking the homeowner where the party was being held.
In fact, if you read the official police report it seems most of the entire Palin family was completely out of control.
Remember, Sarah Palin validates much of her core ideology on the premise that she’s “fighting for good, wholesome Christian values.” So I don’t think anyone should apologize for being a bit cynical when official police reports depict the Palin family as a drunken, aggressive group of lunatics attacking people at a party to which they were not invited.
And in all of this talk about Bristol’s comments to the police, it seems as if nobody has pointed out the fact that in the midst of a drunken brawl at nearly midnight, she states that her 5-year-old was with her. Why was a 5-year-old out with a bunch of drunk family members cruising around in a limo at nearly midnight? You’re telling me that’s the place for a 5-year-old child?
Let’s also not forget that Sarah Palin has built a career of her own out of bashing and attacking those with which she disagrees. She has put her family into the national spotlight and made them public figures. She could have faded away in 2008, but she didn’t want to. And now any time she or her family faces public scrutiny, she’s one of the first to publicly whine and complain about those being critical toward them.
Again, this is Sarah Palin, who herself seemed appalled at Costello’s comments, yet is someone who’s called Rush Limbaugh one of her heroes (a man who’s openly a racist and a sexist) and has sung the praises of draft-dodging pedophile Ted Nugent. Two men who have made countless disgusting and slanderous remarks against President Obama and Hillary Clinton.
Then let’s not forget we’ve already seen one on-air personality, Martin Bashir, get fired/resign because of some less than flattering comments he made about Palin’s ignorance.
Look, Costello probably should have stuck with a straight-line reporting of Bristol’s comments and left it at that. But I don’t blame anyone for being cynical when it comes to this family. And had the official police report actually supported Bristol’s account of what happened, I would be one of the first ones condemning Costello’s mocking of what she had to say. But it didn’t. Instead, the reports and most witness accounts painted Bristol (and much of the Palin family) as a group of out of control drunks who showed up somewhere that they weren’t invited. With Bristol being one of the people who the majority of witnesses said was the most aggressive and out of control of the bunch. Aggressively, and repeatedly, attacking the homeowner.
So while I’m sure Costello will almost certainly have to issue some kind of on-air apology to the Palin family, I don’t think anyone owes them an apology. Not unless the queen of this family, Sarah Palin, starts issuing formal apologies for all the lies, propaganda and borderline slanderous comments she’s made (like mocking a diabetic pregnant woman) about people over the years.

Sarah Palin’s PAC Raised Serious Cash to Sway Elections, Most of It Ends Up Spent on Sarah Palin
In a bid to stay relevant in the political world, Sarah Palin has formed her own political action committee(PAC). The trouble is, while the goal of a PAC is to donate money to like-minded candidates to help get them elected or get the opposition defeated, Sarah’s PAC seems to have a different mission entirely – to fund Sarah Palin.
In a review of Palin’s PAC finances, SarahPAC donated just $45,000 to nine candidates, or less than 3 percent of the revenue earned by the PAC.
The vast majority of the money went to fund Palin’s travel, books, and other needs.
According to Open Secrets, despite having nearly a million dollars in the bank for the third quarter and getting donations of nearly a half of a million dollars, instead of distributing the money donated by voters to help sway the mid-term elections, SarahPAC was spending it on other things including, “many of the same consultants she has used all along — for speechwriting, fundraising, logistics and research.”
Open Secrets also noted that SarahPAC did pay one consultant to discuss ‘coalitions.’
Most of the rest was spent by Sarah on appearances and donor gifts.
“Travel, presumably for Palin, is part of the equation; a PAC like this is useful for keeping a high profile nationally without having to pay those pesky airline and hotel tabs out of personal funds,” Open Secret pointed out. “And the PAC sent $10,885 to HarperCollins — publisher of all three of Palin’s books — for ‘books for donor fulfillment.’ That wasn’t the only book purchase by the committee: A lump sum of $13,000 was listed as being spent for “lodging, SUV rental, books for donors.”
In addition, SarahPAC’s stinginess was mirrored by Palin’s own. While she seemed to score big by dipping into the PAC’s funds to make sure she could be seen and heard, Palin donated only $628 of her personal funds to candidates vying in the upcoming November race.

Official Police Report About Palin Brawl Exposes Their Hypocrisy and Embarrasses Family
Before I even start I know what many of you are going to say, “Who cares about the Palins?” While many people feel that way (and I completely understand that sentiment), there’s no denying that the family, particularly Sarah Palin, still has a lot of influence over conservatives.
Whether or not liberals like her really doesn’t matter, because conservatives (especially “the base”) still do listen to what she has to say. Which is why I’ve found this whole “drunken brawl” situation so interesting. Because, as most of us know, a big “calling card” to Palin’s propaganda is this idea that she’s a representative for “good, wholesome, Christian values.”
Which makes me curious how a late night drunken brawl at a party in Alaska, along with her daughter Bristol (who famously had a baby as a teenager out of wedlock and was apparently the most violent person at this party) qualifies the Palins as representatives of “good Christian values.” Not that I am judging them. But it’s interesting that she’s rallied against several issues (such as abortion and same-sex marriage) based on her belief in “good Christian values,” yet this is how her family behaves.
Well, according to the newly released official police reports, this little brawl was quite the scene.
Here are a few details reported by the Alaska Dispatch News:
- Officer Justin Blake described arriving to find a group of people heading toward a long white limousine parked in the street. Blake noted a strong smell of alcohol coming from the group. Track Palin, shirtless and bloodied, was being led into the limousine by several others, who appeared “intent on keeping him away from me,” the officer wrote.
- Korey Klingenmeyer [the homeowner where this event took place] told police that a fight had broken out in the cul-de-sac in front of the home, and he had asked guests not to get involved. A few minutes later, Bristol and Willow Palin came around the back of the house, and Bristol looked like she wanted to start a fight, Klingenmeyer said.Klingenmeyer asked her to leave, he told police. “Who the fuck are you?” she responded. He told her he was the homeowner, and she responded that he didn’t own the house and she would “kick his ass.”“He says then that she hits him in the face. He says he then tells her to hit him again if it makes her feel better and she does. He says he lets her hit him 5-6 times in the face and that she was hitting pretty hard. After about the sixth punch he grabbed her fist as she punched again and he pushed back and she falls down. He says she gets up and tries to punch him again and he grabs her fist again and pushes her away and she falls down again.”
- The fight escalated as Track and another man began swinging punches at Klingenmeyer, the homeowner told officer Benjamin Nelson. At that point several men stepped in to help him, Klingenmeyer told Daily.“A fight broke out and the Palins ended up losing. (Klingenmeyer) said after it was over that Bristol came up and tried to hit him again but he didn’t let her.”
- Matthew McKenna told police that during the fight he picked Bristol up, carried her into the street and put her down. “At that point, Todd and Sarah Palin were there asking what happened and he told them to leave. Nobody listened and yet another fight started,” officer Adolf wrote.Officer John Daily described Bristol Palin as “heavily intoxicated and upset.” She told Daily that Klingenmeyer had pushed her to the ground and dragged her across the lawn after she had attempted to confront a woman about hitting her younger sister, Willow Palin.
- At least two fights appear to have broken out during the party, according to witness statements: a fight involving Track and Todd Palin, and one involving Bristol Palin. Seven witnesses verified Klingenmeyer’s account of being punched in the face repeatedly by Bristol Palin.
Mind you, this all happened around midnight. Again, I am not judging this behavior. But then again I’m not part of a family where the mother is often seen on television telling Americans what is or isn’t “morally acceptable.”
And I’m not exactly sure where I see “wholesome Christian values” in a drunken brawl where parents and children are out together until around midnight, and the adults are so intoxicated that police reported “a strong smell of alcohol coming from the group.”
Not slight, or moderate – strong. Meaning that this family wasn’t out late at night just having a few adult beverages. They were out cruising in a limo fairly intoxicated.
My gosh, what would Jesus think?
But, by all means, I would love to see Palin show up on my television screen here soon to tell me how Americans need to follow “good, Christian family values.” Please.

Sarah Palin’s Redneck Family Brawl is Epic
Anyone can be a redneck. Redneck is not location specific, it ain’t about hookin up with your cousin, riggin yourself up a fancy guest room using a rusted out old Ambulance, or your coked out aunt stabbing your meth’d up uncle with a pitchfork while your drunk daddy laughs so hard he falls off the screened in porch with no screens in it. Redneck, dear reader, is a state of mind. And it is one that encapsulates the Palin family even though they ain’t from my southern homeland.
So, it shouldn’t shock anyone to hear that when the Palins head home, sh*ts gonna go down, y’all. Now up in Alaska I guess they have some big snowmobile competition er somethin’. Back home we do the Noodling Festival. Different state, different Redneck Games. Well, I guess someone done disrespected the Palin family name and she went all, “Don’t you know who I am”on their ass. According to Alaska’s own Amanda Coyne (emphasis is mine):
A nice, mellow party, until the Palin’s show up. There’s beer, of course, and maybe other things. Which is all fine, but just about the time when some people might have had one too many, a Track Palin stumbles out of a stretch Hummer, and immediately spots an ex-boyfriend of Willow’s. Track isn’t happy with this guy, the story goes. There’s words, and more.”
The owner of the house gets involved, and he probably wished he hadn’t At this point, he’s up against nearly the whole Palin tribe: Palin women screaming. Palin men thumping their chests.
Word is that Bristol has a particularly strong right hook, which she employed repeatedly, and it’s something to hear when Sarah screams, “Don’t you know who I am!” And it was particularly wonderful when someone in the crowd screamed back, “This isn’t some damned Hillbilly reality show!” No, it’s what happens when the former First Family of Alaska comes knocking. As people were leaving in a cab, Track was seen on the street, shirtless, flipping people off, with Sarah right behind him, and Todd somewhere in the foreground, tending to his bloody nose.

Sarah Palin and Family Reportedly Involved in Drunken Brawl
Apparently LGBT and reproductive rights aren't the only thing that Sarah Palin and her family fight.
Proving that the apples didn't fall far from the tree, and showing a shining example of "family values," the entire Palin family participated en masse in a brawl last weekend outside of Anchorage, Alaska. The melee left husband Todd with a bloody nose, son Track shirtless and the former GOP vice presidential candidate screaming, "Don't you know who I am?"
Alaskan journalist and blogger Amanda Coyne reported:
Saturday, was a doozy. The details are a little sketchy, but there's enough of them, from enough different sources, that a story emerges, a story that according to the gossip Gods, looks kind of like this:
There's some sort of unofficial birthday/Iron Dog-type/snowmachine party in Anchorage. A nice, mellow party, until the Palin's show up. There's beer, of course, and maybe other things.
Which is all fine, but just about the time when some people might have had one too many, a Track Palin stumbles out of a stretch Hummer, and immediately spots an ex-boyfriend of Willow's. Track isn't happy with this guy, the story goes. There's words, and more. The owner of the house gets involved, and he probably wished he hadn't. At this point, he's up against nearly the whole Palin tribe: Palin women screaming. Palin men thumping their chests. Word is that Bristol has a particularly strong right hook, which she employed repeatedly, and it's something to hear when Sarah screams, "Don't you know who I am!" And it was particularly wonderful when someone in the crowd screamed back, "This isn't some damned Hillbilly reality show!" No, it's what happens when the former First Family of Alaska comes knocking.
As people were leaving in a cab, Track was seen on the street, shirtless, flipping people off, with Sarah right behind him, and Todd somewhere in the foreground, tending to his bloody nose.
Another report on the Political Gates blog, stated the incident happened at a party of an Iron Dog winner called Chris. At the party, Bristol and Willow wore big sunglasses and behaved like Hollywood starlets. A presumably drunk Bristol started a fight with the host, Chris, punching him repeatedly.
Wonkette reports the Anchorage Police Department was contacted for comment, and a communications officer name "Anita" confirmed that a brawl did indeed take place and that the Palins were "present."

Sarah Palin Cooks Up Anti-Obama ‘Green Eggs And Ham’ Speech To GOP At CPAC
Sarah Palin minutes ago delivered a meandering, incoherent, unfocused speech to the audience at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Convention.
At one point, the former Republican Vice Presidential candidate,
former (and half-term) Governor of Alaska, former chair of the Alaska
Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, former Mayor of Wasilla, former
“Miss Congeniality,” former sportscaster, former head of the Fellowship
of Christian Athletes, former star of “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” and former
and current Fox News contributor read Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham, but her own, shall we say, “unique” version:
“I do not like this Uncle Sam,
I do not like his health care scam.
I do not like these dirty crooks,
Or how they lie and cook the books.
“I do not like when Congress steals,
I do not like their crony deals.
I do not like this spying man,
I do not like ‘Oh yes, we can.’
“I do not like this spending spree,
We’re smart, we know there’s nothing free.
I do not like reporters’ smug replies,
When I complain about their lies.
I do not like this kind of hope,
And we won’t take it, nope, nope, nope.”

Want To Put “Christ Back In Christmas”? Here’s Where You Can Start
It’s
that time of the year again where Fox News decries the “liberal and
atheist War On Christmas.” You know, the supposed plot by the evil
liberal media and activist judges to pull the presents out of the hands
of good little Christian boys and girls on Christmas morning. It’s an
annual tradition where D-list celebrities, politicians and some media
pundits go on about how we need to “put Christ back into Christmas” and
de-commercialize it, while plugging their books or TV shows.
It’s no different this year, as it’s been announced that Tea Party
darling Sarah Palin would make a stop at the Mall of America on the last
leg of her book tour, “Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart
of America.” The tour has such corny slogans as “It’s Ok To Wish Me
Merry Christmas” and hits all those “you betcha” hair-flip and a wink
talking points that we’ve come to expect out of the 2008 vice
presidential nominee.
Via Paul Walsh for the Star Tribune:
Palin will be in the mall’s rotunda starting at 6 p.m., and there are many guidelines for people to follow in order to get a book signed and to meet the former Alaska governor, most notably that attendees must buy the book at any Barnes & Noble in order to receive a wristband that earns a spot in line to see Palin. Also, according to the mall, the only photos with Palin must be taken by her photographer. Prints will then be available for sale and range in price from $15.99 for a 5-by-7 to $29.99 for an 11-by-14.
While signing events routinely require attendees to buy the latest book in order to meet the author and get an autograph, it is highly unusual to require payment if attendees want their photo taken with the writer.
You’ve got to admit, despite all the jokes about her intelligence, she’s got her
revenue streamfan base figured out pretty damn well. Just look at the places she’s
going. The Villages, Naples and Pensacola in Florida — which just happen
to 3 of the most conservative areas in the entire state — and she’s
also hitting up the Sam’s Clubs and Wal-Marts.
But back to the “War On Christmas” she’s fighting against. She just
needs your support (and by support, I mean buying yet another one of her
books and then paying even more to get a photo with her) to turn back
the evil tide of atheists and liberals who are close to washing Baby
Jesus out of the manger and down the drain of secularism. You know what?
This whole “War On Christmas” thing is just a huge freaking scam run by
the right-wing media and kept alive by the people who are dumb enough
to tune into their shows and buy their books.
I’m going to be honest with you — I really don’t care anything about
the holiday, other than the delicious Pfeffernüsse cookies my mom makes
and the paid day off from work that I get. I’m also not a Christian, but
neither myself or anyone else is trying to take Christmas away from
you. You know who is destroying Christmas? The same people who are
making the biggest noise about the “assault on Christian and American
values” while hawking another shitty book in a store that makes its
money off selling cheap Chinese goods.
If you really want to keep Christ in Christmas as you keep harping on
about, how about doing like Christ would have done according to the
Scriptures you like to cherry pick? How about not putting yourself into
debt buying things you probably don’t need, and instead spending some
money on the poor, the homeless and others who have fallen on hard
times? How about rather than dropping fifty bucks or more on getting a
picture with Sarah freaking Palin, why not use the same money to help
stock your local food bank? If you are actually serious about doing the
Christian thing, that’s where you should start. Anything less just means
you’re doing your part to truly “take the Christ out of Christmas.”

Sarah Palin: Angry Atheists Want to ‘Abort Christ from Christmas’
Well,
the Queen of the Buffoons has struck again, this time chiming in on the
right-wing made up “war on Christmas.” While speaking at the
conservative Liberty University, Palin decided to blame atheists for
making an issue of separating church and state.“Thomas Jefferson today, he would recognize those who would want to try to ignore that Jesus is the reason for the season, those who would want to try to abort Christ from Christmas. He would recognize, for the most part, these are angry atheists armed with an attorney. They are not the majority of Americans.”
Well, since Palin has a proven history of not knowing a damn thing
about history (or much of anything for that matter) let’s just see what
Thomas Jefferson actually wrote about the separation of church and
state:
“Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should “make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” thus building a wall of separation between Church & State.”
It seems pretty clear to me what Thomas Jefferson meant. Then again,
I like to deal in reality, whereas people like Sarah Palin often
operate in some delusional realm where what they want to be real is real, and reality is nothing more than some liberally biased fairy tale they refuse to believe.
But what this “war on Christmas” really breaks down to is an excuse
for them to turn their attempts at theocracy into a front-page headline
for a few weeks out of the year.
The reality is the vast majority of Americans — including liberals —
couldn’t care less about people saying “Merry Christmas.” What we don’t
want is the same thing Thomas Jefferson didn’t want, and that’s
religion being forcibly injected into our government.
And yes, there are circumstances that happen in this country every
year during this time of year where someone makes a big deal about a
Christmas celebration or some company letting their employees say,
“Merry Christmas.” Those stories, however, are the handpicked
exceptions to the rule, brought to light specifically so idiots like
Sarah Palin and the rest of the Fox News lineup have something to point
and scream at for cheap outrage.
And with her comments at Liberty University, Palin proved what the
vast majority of Americans already knew — that she knows absolutely
nothing.

Sarah Palin losing the ‘War on Christmas’, book flops on Black Friday
Half-term Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin’s new book completely bombed
on Black Friday. ‘Good Tidings and Great Joy: Protecting the Heart of
Christmas’ was outsold by comedian Rob Delaney’s book. Palin’s book is
number 435 of Amazon. That’s right, Sarah Palin is losing an imaginary
war.
My buddy Sarah Jones reports via PoliticusUSA,
“Additionally, he’s still leading Palin in Kindle sales with Palin at
4, 5, and 6 in her specific genres while Delaney is at 2, 3, and 4 in
his specific genres. (Amazon lists update constantly.) Ms. Palin was
nowhere to be seen in the top 100, while right wing “entertainers” Rush
Limbaugh and Glenn Beck scored big.”
There are some great 5 star reviews just dripping in sarcasm such as this one:
Clive Hazell writes:
I had a dream that instructed me to follow a star in the night sky to purchase this book. I don’t usually buy books because the nearest book shop is miles from my trailer park. Buying it on Amazon was super convenient, and I could do it from the office of my trailer park. The book was just as I had dreamed it would be. It was a clarion call for people like me, with more tattoos than teeth, to fight to protect Christmas. It’s not just a holiday for getting drunk and overspending at Walmart, it is a celebration of our little lord Jesus and his gift to humanity. Speaking of gifts…I didn’t even know Sarah Palin could write…but boy can she ever. Some of the sentences were really hard to read but mostly she is careful to avoid big words, and this makes it easier to read. I am sending this to all my family who won’t be able to join me for Christmas. Just because they have limited books at their prison library doesn’t mean my family (who are all Sarah Palin fans) shouldn’t have the chance to read her powerful words. I will say it was a bit tiring to read it because there are a lot of pages and my mouth got tired from sounding out all the words, but don’t give up. I also want to mention, that when libruls say Sister Sarah is a low information shrieky howler monkey with all the subtlety of a jackhammer on a hangover in August, they are lie-telling. Get this book for all the inmates in your family.
In the description of Palin’s book it reads, “At a time when
Christian values are challenged—when the greeting “Merry Christmas” has
been replaced by the supposedly less offensive “Happy Holidays”—Governor
Sarah Palin makes the case for bringing back the freedom to express the
religious spirit of the season.”
Who will save us now that Sarah’s book is flopping? Are there other
brave patriots willing to stand up for us little people, so that they
can profit from our naiveté?

This Martin Bashir Rant Should Make Sarah Palin Shut Her Mouth For Good
While right-wingers whine and throw temper tantrums over remarks made
by Martin Bashir on Friday, the rest of America is breathing a sigh of
relief and having a laugh that someone may have finally shut Sarah
Palin’s mouth for good.
Martin Bashir took a dump on Sarah Palin’s stupidity over slavery.
During his program on MSNBC, Martin Bashir blasted Sarah Palin
for comparing the national debt to slavery. Last Saturday, Palin told
an audience in Iowa that future generations of Americans would be
enslaved to the debt.
“Our free stuff today is being paid for by taking money from our children, and borrowing from China,” Palin said. “When that note comes due — and this isn’t racist, so try it. Try it anyway. This isn’t racist. But it’s going to be like slavery when that note is due.”
Clearly incensed by the comparison, Martin Bashir launched an
epic rant in which he declared Palin’s mind “deceased” and attacked her
stupidity.
“Given her well-established reputation as a world class idiot, it’s hardly surprising that she should choose to mention slavery in a way that is abominable to anyone who knows anything about its barbaric history.”
Martin Bashir then continued by giving Palin a history lesson about
what slavery was truly like. He began with the diary of Thomas
Thistlewood, a plantation overseer in the 1750s who described the
brutality and inhumanity he unleashed upon slaves who were caught doing
something they weren’t allowed to do.
In 1756, he records that a slave named Darby ‘catched eating kanes had him well flogged and pickled, then made Hector, another slave, s-h-i-t in his mouth,’
This became known as ‘Darby’s Dose,’ a punishment invented by Thistlewood that spoke only of inhumanity. And he mentions a similar incident in 1756, his time in relation to a man he refers to as Punch. ‘Flogged punch well, and then washed and rubbed salt pickle, lime juice and bird pepper, made Negro Joe piss in his eyes and mouth.’
Martin Bashir suggested Palin should experience how slaves were treated.
This is the kind of horrible treatment that slaves were subject to.
They were whipped, had salt thrown in their wounds, and were forced to
allow another slave to defecate in their mouth. This is what Sarah Palin
thinks is comparable to the debt. But Bashir wasn’t through with Palin.
He suggested she learn about the true horrors of slavery by
experiencing it for herself.
When Mrs. Palin invokes slavery, she doesn’t just prove her rank ignorance. She confirms if anyone truly qualified for a dose of discipline from Thomas Thistlewood, she would be the outstanding candidate.
Right-wingers are throwing a fit over Martin Bashir’s remarks.
Since Martin Bashir signed off on Friday, right-wingers have flown
into a rage. They are accusing the MSNBC host of being a misogynist and
are demanding that he be suspended.
The thing is, Martin Bashir is nowhere near guilty of misogyny.
Misogyny is the general mistrust and hatred of women, something Tea
Party Republicans know all about considering their efforts to control
women’s reproductive decisions. Nowhere in his remarks did he insult
women. Just Sarah Palin. He was merely telling the truth about her lack
of brains. And she deserved every word. Compared to slavery, the
national debt is frivolous. No one is being whipped, beaten, defecated
on, sold, bred like cattle, or chained up over the debt. The fact is,
Palin isn’t an intelligent individual. She preys upon the fear and
gullibility of others, all while being ignorant about what she’s talking
about, just to sell more books. Even military veterans know that she’s an idiot.
Martin Bashir is only saying about Sarah Palin what most Americans
have been saying since she showed up on the scene in 2008. And with any
luck, Sarah Palin will choose to keep her mouth closed out of concern
that she may one day be taught the lesson Martin Bashir suggested she
learn. Or at least make her think really extra hard before opening it
again.

After Endorsing Conspiracy Theories, Sarah Palin Mocks Diabetic Pregnant Lady Who Fainted During Obama Speech
Three days after the fact, a surge of right wing conspiracy theorists
are now claiming that the lady who fainted during Obama’s White House
healthcare speech was part of a “staged” plot.
Perhaps not surprisingly, Sarah Palin has
weighed-in on the debate and revealed that she’s willing to give
credence (or at least be sympathetic) to the ridiculous claim that it
was all just a false flag operation, designed to take away focus from
the less-than-stellar website performance of healthcare.gov.
“With the Obama White House’s total lack of
transparency, it’s no wonder that some will ask whether they staged even
a fainting lady in the Rose Garden,” Palin wrote on her Facebook page
this Thursday afternoon. “What was once a major leap in logic has
become a single step because President Obama has lied so often and so
blatantly.”
Yup. Palin has, for the most part, thrown her lot
in with the Fainting Lady Truthers. She even took the time to post a
link to a Fainting Lady Truther article that was linked by Drudge.
Yes, really.
But perhaps even worse than Palin’s speculation on
completely unfounded conspiracy theories to her 3.8 million Facebook
fans, is the fact that she took the extra despicable step of mocking a
pregnant woman who suffers from diabetes:
The tone deafness of her comments are downright
shocking, but they’re a shining example of the true damage the fringe
right wing continues to inflict on the modern GOP. Any political figure
who thinks it’s good PR to lampoon a fainting pregnant women is
obviously catering to a base that is bent on self-destruction.

Sarah Palin Being Sued In Federal Court
Sarah Palin and her Super PAC are being sued for violation of copyright by the
publisher who owns the rights to an original photo, a version of which
the former Alaska governor used in her 9/11 tribute. Palin branded an iconic photo of three New York City firemen raising a
flag at the World Trade Center just after the September, 11, 2001
attacks.
The branding for political, financial, and personal gain was
offensive. Other organizations, including AT&T, were also chastised
for branding their 9/11 tributes, but The New Civil Rights Movement was
the only one to report that Palin had used a copyrighted image.
The lawsuit, filed Friday by North Jersey Media Group Inc., demands
Palin stop using the image, and seeks unreported financial damages.
“The Manhattan federal court lawsuit says that by using the picture
‘to promote Sarah Palin and to raise money for SarahPAC’ the former
Republican vice-presidential nominee has ‘irreparably damaged’ the
newspaper company,” NewsDay reports.
Palin has removed the image from her Facebook page.

Run Sarah Run!
Sarah Palin may run for the U.S. Senate in Alaska, Politico reports:
Two Republicans have already announced challenges to Democratic freshman Sen. Mark Begich: Lt. Gov. Mead Treadwell and 2010 GOP nominee Joe Miller.
“We’d meet with any Alaskan interested in
challenging Mark Begich,” National Republican Senatorial Committee
spokesman Brad Dayspring told POLITICO, “and Governor Palin is right in
that Begich abandoned his campaign promises — most notably by being the
deciding vote on ObamaCare — and must be repealed and replaced.”

Republican Party to begin the ‘Freedom Party’
She mad.
Via the Daily Caller:
“I love the name of that party — the ‘Freedom Party,’” Palin said. “And if the GOP continues to back away from the planks in our platform, from the principles that built this party of Lincoln and Reagan, then yeah, more and more of us are going to start saying, ‘You know, what’s wrong with being independent,’ kind of with that libertarian streak that much of us have. In other words, we want government to back off and not infringe upon our rights. I think there will be a lot of us who start saying ‘GOP, if you abandon us, we have nowhere else to go except to become more independent and not enlisted in a one or the other private majority parties that rule in our nation, either a Democrat or a Republican.’ Remember these are private parties, and you know, no one forces us to be enlisted in either party.”Watch (because it’s funny):

Palin Won’t Go Away
In her seemingly never-ending quest to frighten progressives and people with more than two functioning brain cells, Sarah Palin appears to be threatening to run for higher political office at the request of a Tea Party Group.
Despite slowly fading away after it was finally discovered everything Palin touches either turns to sh*t or loses all credibility, the Tea Party Leadership Fund is actively trying to draft the Avon lady to run for Senate in Alaska in 2014. Apparently Sharon Angle and Christine O’ Donnell didn’t cause enough humiliation and disappointment in 2010, so it’s time to bring in the big guns. The fund feels that Palin has a strong chance for victory on account of recent polling showing incumbent Democratic Senator Mark Begich with less than 50 percent of the vote. Big Gulps For Everyone!
